If you're constantly under stress , you can have physical symptoms, such as headaches, and upset stomach, high blood pressure ex. In this session we will find the which though makes you stress and how can u release this .

Arrival:** Please arrive on time. Latecomers may not be able to join once the session begins.(For group class) Respect:**Maintain a quiet and respectful environment throughout the session. Belongings:** Keep personal items secure and away from the Sound Bath area. Participation:**Participation is voluntary. Sit or lie comfortably as you prefer. Health: **Inform us of any health issues before the session Welcome ;** Please check your email to ensure you have answered all your 'Welcome Questions' and send them back to us no later than one day before your session.(Sound bath session participant doesn't need that )
