We all go through various experiences in our lives. We can organize them into 4 main categories: 1-) RELATIONSHIP 2-) HEALTH 3-) CAREER 4-) COURAGE Our experiences involving these 4 areas create emotional patterns in us which rule our whole lives without us being aware of it. When we are not aware of these patterns, they can cause the same problems in our lives over and over again. In this session , we talk about these emotional patterns and how to be aware of them.
